To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and items on sale. Please check product descriptions before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to [email protected] with your order details and proof of damage.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
